In history learning, visits to locations such as museums or other historical places in the pandemic Covid-19 situation are minimal. However, learning activities must be continued, and existing conventional media scenario deemed less provide experience. Based on previous experiences, an obligation transfer knowledge from museum managers, technological developments related virtual reality, supports idea develop a national awakening reality. This VR application is expected become alternative medium. study aims create based 360-degree images of location. The multimedia development life cycle (MDLC) chosen method used developing proposed application. procedure consists six steps: defining concept on-site observation interviews with manager, creating design, collecting material, assembling materials interactions code, testing application, distributing system. tour has been successfully developed following methodological principles chosen. It also supported by series observations field using cognitive walkthrough approach. was then reviewed five experts: historians, multimedia, experts. location detailing perfectly captured, including all objects shown each room. quiz feature strengthens medium, but it needs further evaluation section.
